Language Style Operated by Indonesian Minister of Education to Urge Indonesians to Learn from Covid-19 Pandemic as Character Leadership Value

<p><em>Language style is operated to convey ideas and thoughts as well express intentions show who the speakers themselves. In era of glory for You-tube, this research focuses on categorizing language used by Indonesian Minister Education in Najwa program uploaded You-tube channel. The researcher qualitative analyze describe transcript video interview document analysis. data form utterances. analysis technique was obtained through doing three steps; organizing familiarizing, coding reducing, interpreting representing. Researchers only found 3 styles, namely: casual style, intimate consultative. This gives contribution learning character leadership shown Education.</em></p>
